Q: How was it recording again after so long?
Shido Nakamura: It felt just like old times. I had a lot of fun.
The script itself was very interesting, and I think it conveys Mine’s way of life in a clearer, more relatable way.
YouTubeQ: What kind of character is Mine?
Shido Nakamura: In one word, “stoic.”
Deep down, he’s got a violent streak, but he rarely lets that part of him surface. But yeah, he’s stoic… Manly… And cool.
I think taht sums him up.
YouTubeQ: How did people react to you playing Mine?
Shido Nakamura: I first played Mine in 2009, and even now, fans of the series still call me Mine.

— Well, after my most recent kabuki show, I went to social media to see what people thought.But no one brought up kabuki, the topic of Mine kept coming up!
It astonished me how people still mention him, but it puts a smile on my face.
