ZTE has announced the release of its mid-range gaming smartphone, the nubia Neo 5 GT, for the Japanese market. The product will go on sale on April 23, 2026 (Thursday).
Mid-range gaming smartphone "nubia Neo 5 GT" is now available!
The "nubia Neo 5 GT" is a mid-range gaming smartphone developed based on the concept of high performance at an affordable price. It is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and 8GB of memory. The 6.8-inch OLED display supports refresh rates up to 144 Hz.
Built-in cooling fan
The main unit has a built-in 23,000RPM high-speed turbo fan. Combining a large 4,475mm2 liquid-cooled VC with a through-flow structure efficiently disperses heat generation. This suppresses FPS drops and crackling even during long hours of gameplay.
Shoulder Trigger
A shoulder trigger is mounted on the side of the main unit. It reacts quickly to finger movements, enabling game play with a controller-like feel. Magic Touch 3.0 technology supports instantaneous touch sampling rates of up to 2,000 Hz.
AI Gaming Partner "Demi 2.0
AI tactical assistant " Demi 2.0 " provides real-time tactical advice. The game space automatically optimizes notifications, performance, and operation settings, and AI chatbots answer in-game questions. Demi Auto-Chat reads in-game notifications and automatically replies to them, so you can focus on your game.
Supports 55W fast charging
Equipped with a high-capacity 6,210mAh battery. It supports fast charging of up to 55W and has a bypass charging (charge separation) function to reduce heat generation while charging. It also comes with a 90° L-shaped cable that allows users to comfortably play games while charging.
The "nubia Neo 5 GT" is priced at 52,800 yen (including tax). To celebrate the release of the product, the first 475 customers to purchase the product will receive the exclusive "nubia Gamepad 2" accessory. The campaign will run from Thursday, April 23 to Sunday, May 10, 2026.
