The " Tokyo Game Show 2026 " (hereinafter "TGS2026"), a gaming festival, was held over four days from Thursday, September 17, 2026, through Sunday, September 20, 2026.
In this report, we’ll take a look at the " NHN PlayArt " booth!
A Report on the “NHN PlayArt” Booth! All 7 Titles on Display!

We went behind the scenes at the NHN PlayArt booth, which was making its return to TGS after an 8-year hiatus!
At the NHN PlayArt booth, visitors could enjoy a total of 7 titles on display, including new releases.
#Compass: Combat Analysis System

First up is “ #Compass: Battle Analysis System,” which has been generating a lot of buzz thanks to its collaboration with “Fullmetal Alchemist.”
A life-size “HM-WA100 Nezha ” statue greets visitors.
Based on the sizes of other characters in the game, its height is estimated to be about 2.5 meters.
So the heroes were actually fighting something this big...!
LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum

Next up is the area for “LINE: Disney Tsum Tsum,” which has surpassed 100 million downloads worldwide.
Here, I was able to take photos at a cute photo spot where Mickey and friends gather.

There was also a demo corner where you could play on a large monitor.
We were able to play with unlimited access to every Tsum that has ever appeared, all with their levels and skill levels maxed out—a truly generous treat.
Even existing players might have been able to try out tactics they normally wouldn’t get to test...!
Yo-kai Watch Puni Puni

Next up is the area for “Yo-kai Watch Puni Puni,” which has surpassed 36 million downloads in Japan.

Here, we were able to spin the “ Real Yokai Gacha.”

The gacha prize was a serial code that can be used in the game.
I got a very cute Summer Rabby.
I also enjoyed the “Heart-Pounding Yokai Photo,” where yokai appear in the background like in a spirit photograph.
DISSIDIA DUELLUM FINAL FANTASY

" DISSIDIA DUELLUM FINAL FANTASY," which had just been released in March 2026, was on display right away.
The first things that catch your eye are the life-size panels of Sephiroth and Cloud, dressed in modern-style outfits different from those in the original Final Fantasy series.

Next, you’ll find a wide variety of merchandise and packaging from past "DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY" titles on display.
I really put in a lot of hours playing the PSP version of DISSIDIA.

Further back, there’s a full lineup of life-size panels of Tina and Gaia, along with illustrations of UR Abilities.

Here’s what it looks like when you zoom in on the ability illustrations.
Aside from the illustrations themselves, I could really feel that all-star vibe that’s so characteristic of DISSIDIA.

By the way, while I was taking photos, I felt like I made eye contact with Kefka—or was that just my imagination?
Touken Ranbu Puzzle Area

The brand-new game " Touken Ranbu Puzzgiri," which just launched right after TGS

Saiga NAK
Here, they had set up the “Emaki Street,” which showcased various scenes captured from the game.
The experience of seeing the game world leap out into reality is truly the highlight of live events.
The Fantasy World’s Puchi Poyon

The highly anticipated upcoming title, “ Puchi Poyon in the Fantasy World.”
The goal of this game is to solve puzzles and help the Puchi Poyons escape from the witch’s mansion.
We were able to try out a demo of the game here, but…

Yunikuma appeared near the area.
He kept showing up throughout the several dozen minutes I spent covering the NHN PlayArt booth.

Believe it or not, while I was covering the event, I witnessed Yunikuma burst out of the area and start a “spontaneous” collaboration with OVER RUSH.
Maybe they’ll actually collaborate in the game in the future…?

However, maybe he walked around too much and drew attention to himself—the moment I looked away, he’d been put back in his cage.
Just like in the main game, good luck breaking out...!
OVER RUSH

This is also the upcoming new title, " OVER RUSH."
An open beta test was being held during TGS, and visitors could try it out at the venue.

True to its billing as a “blazing-fast” high-speed card battle RPG, it was incredibly exhilarating to unleash a barrage of attacks with the simple controls typical of mobile games.
I’m really looking forward to its official release!
That wraps up our coverage of the NHN PlayArt booth!
