Nintendo and DeNA announce the establishment of a joint venture company, Nintendo Systems, Inc.

Aiming to strengthen the digitalization of business

Nintendo entered into a business and capital alliance with DeNA in 2015 to develop and operate a new core system centered on the Nintendo Account. Based on more than seven years of accumulated know-how of both companies and experience in developing various services based on the Nintendo Account, the alliance and partnership will be strengthened to enhance the digitalization of business, and to conduct research and development and create added value to further deepen the relationship with users&. The date of establishment is April 2023. The date of establishment is scheduled for Monday, April 3, 2023, and the amount of capital is equivalent to more than 10/100 of the amount of Nintendo's capital, making it a specified subsidiary of Nintendo.
