The new "Slightly Sparkling Setsuyatsuki" is an easy-to-drink sake that retains the authenticity of sake. It is the realization of Yukibana Lamy's passion to discover sake fans through "Yukiyatsuki.

This product has been carefully designed to be both an authentic sake and an easy-to-drink sake for the entry-level drinker. Because Yukiyatsuki has always had a realistic taste, the pursuit of drinkability was a matter of trial and error, with samples being passed back and forth between Yukibana Ramie and Meiri Sake Brewery.

The fine bubbles are created by the natural fermentation of the No. 10 yeast isolated and collected at Meiri Brewery, and are locked directly into the bottle, so you can enjoy the delicate bubbles that are not created by post-filling carbonation. With an alcohol content of 13% and a sweet and sour taste, this bottle is designed to be a gateway to Japanese sake.
