The "e-League eFootball 2025 Season" is an official e-sports tournament open to all "eFootball" users, and is the fifth in the series of official competitions between all 40 J1 and J2 clubs. In the 2024 season, approximately 460,000 people (total of mobile and PlayStation divisions) participated in the online qualifiers, and Yokohama F. Marinos won the championship for the second time.
For the 2025 season, representatives from each of the mobile and PlayStation divisions of the winning clubs will compete in the finals, scheduled to be held offline in June, to determine the top 40 clubs. The total prize money is 20 million yen, including 5 million yen for the winning club and 3 million yen for the runner-up.
In the 2025 season, the champion of the "eJ League eFootball 2025 Season" will be awarded the right to participate in the "eFootball Championship 2025 World Finals".
