Square Enix, Inc. has announced that " Final Fantasy VII Revelation," the conclusion of the " Final Fantasy VII Remake Series," will be released in the spring of 2027. The game will be released simultaneously worldwide on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, Microsoft Store on Windows, Steam, and Epic Games Store.

The first trailer and gameplay footage of "Final Fantasy VII Revelation" were shown at the Summer Game Fest 2026 held in Los Angeles, USA on Friday, June 5, 2026.
