As a completely new endeavor, God of War Ragnarök: Valhalla offers content inspired by the roguelite genre.
In the trials of Valhalla, players must adapt to unpredictable enemy combinations and unexpected encounters along the way.

Even if you fall along the way, a true warrior rises again.
Kratos can use resources obtained during battle to purchase permanent upgrades for his next attempt.
Mastering player skill through combat alongside Kratos's growth will carve a path forward.
