Evo2023, a three-day fighting game festival held from August 4 (Fri.) to 6 (Sun.), 2023 (local time), has successfully completed its entire program! This year's Evo2023 also featured a test play area for " Project L," a new fighting game presented by Raiatto Games. Project L is the latest fighting game from Raiatto Games, creators of "League of Legends" and "Valorant". The latest information released in July 2023 revealed that the game will be a 2 vs. 2 four-player fighting game.

Project L had a playable demo exhibit at Evo2023. In conjunction with the demo, Raiatto Games released a "How To Play Project L" video.

Attacks

Basic attacks are weak, medium, and strong (some change with directional input)
↘+Strong attack launches the enemy (can be used as an aerial combo)
S1 and S2 are special skills for champions

In addition to the weak, medium, and strong buttons found in many fighting games, Project L has S1 andS2 buttons for activating Special and Ultimate Skills, and T for assisting actions and changing champions. Although there are directional controls, there is no distinction between the use of punches and kicks, so the level of control difficulty does not appear to be high. It seems that fighting games are trying to attract new players these days.

Defense

Normal Guard with ← or ↙.

Yasuo joins Project L!

Darius, Echo, and Arli were known as champions that could be used in the Project L playable demo exhibit, and now Yasuo has been announced as a new entry!
