The "Committee for Promoting Orderly Inbound Tourism," operated by the specified non-profit organization Research Institute for Public Policy, carried out the Nasu Area Project from Friday, July 4 to Sunday, July 6, 2025.
With Chinese-speaking influencers living in Japan, Fu Yumeng (付 玉蒙) (Weibo) and Dongjing Doudouzi (東京豆豆子) (rednote), as guests, the project highlighted the charms of the Nasu area, such as its rich nature and cultural resources.

The advisor for the "Nasu Area Project" was Fumihiro Sato, an expert in inbound tourism.
They welcomed influencers Fu Yumeng (付 玉蒙) and Dongjing Doudouzi (東京豆豆子) as guests and conducted interviews to promote the charms of the Nasu area overseas.

Day 1: Indulging in Elegant Cuisine

Nasushiobara City in Tochigi Prefecture is one of Japan's leading dairy farming areas, ranking second in the country and first on the main island of Honshu in raw milk production.
Its appeal is a lineup that is irresistible to food lovers, including milk, cheese, Nasu wagyu beef, and vegetables grown in the rich climate of the Nasu Highlands.

On the first day of the Nasu Area Project, they visited "Cheese Garden Nasu Main Store," which is popular for its Goyotei Cheesecake baked in the on-site workshop and rich soft-serve ice cream, and conducted an interview at the "CAFÉ & RESTAURANT Shirasagi-tei."

After that, they took a walk around the "Mizuniwa (Water Garden)" designed by architect Junya Ishigami at the hotel "Nasu Mukunone," where you can stay in a vast natural area of over 35,000 square meters.
The B&B (Bed & Breakfast) area, which celebrated its first anniversary, is also a popular facility.

At night, they enjoyed authentic Italian food using local ingredients at "Fare la Corte," an Italian restaurant like a hidden retreat in the Nasu Highlands, and savored the charms of Nasu.

Interacting with Animals in Nature

The second day of the project began at "Nasu Animal Kingdom," where you can interact with many animals.
In addition to interacting with dogs and sheep, you can also enjoy a flight performance by birds of prey and other birds against the backdrop of Mt. Nasu.

In the afternoon, they appreciated stained glass at "Nasu Stained Glass Museum" and even experienced making their own.
You can combine colorful glass to make small items such as keychains in about an hour.

For dinner, they savored Tochigi wagyu beef, the finest Japanese Black cattle proud of Tochigi Prefecture, at "Tochigi Wagyu Watanabe Farm."
There are so many ingredients in Nasu that you can't enjoy them all in one trip.

Craft Experiences That Leave Tangible Memories

On the final day, they went to "Nasu Senbonmatsu Farm."
You can interact with animals living carefree lives on the vast farm, such as guinea pigs, calves, emus, and blacknose sheep.
You can also make gel candles and butter in the rich natural environment.
Furthermore, there are plenty of activities you can do to get moving, such as cycling, horseback riding, archery, and a giant maze, so children and adults can enjoy themselves all day.
For a tired body, there's the Senbonmatsu Onsen, and for souvenirs, of course, there are dairy products made from freshly squeezed raw milk!

Aiming for "Orderly Inbound Tourism"
