Sanrio has announced that Sanrio Kawaii Me Live!, the first smartphone title from its own game brand, Sanrio Games, will be released in 2027.
Sign-ups for the closed beta test have officially begun.

Sanrio Kawaii Me Live! Slated for 2027 Release!

Sanrio Kawaii Me Live! is a title where players can enjoy a rhythm game featuring songs related to Sanrio characters alongside their favorite Sanrio characters.
As the first smartphone title from Sanrio Games, it is scheduled for release both in Japan and overseas in 2027.

The game features two gameplay modes: Performance Mode, which allows players to easily enjoy the characters' ultra-KAWAII dances with simple controls, and Technical Mode, a full-fledged mode for challenging difficult tracks.
Players can choose whichever they prefer based on their playstyle.

Additionally, players can enjoy customizing character outfits, coordinating stage designs, and more.

Featuring Popular Tracks Such as Greedy Greedy

Ahead of the release, a portion of the included tracks has been revealed.
The lineup features popular tracks, including a game remix version of KAWAII FESTIVAL—a song from Sanrio Puroland's popular parade, Miracle Gift Parade—Kuromi's hit song Greedy Greedy, and Purin to Muffin no pom pom beat, which has racked up a combined 28 million views on YouTube and TikTok.

Sign-Ups Now Open for Closed Beta Test (Japan Only)

A closed beta test that offers an early hands-on experience with Sanrio Kawaii Me Live! has been confirmed to take place exclusively in Japan.
The team stated that they will make adjustments to make the game an even more appealing title based on the feedback and opinions provided by test participants.

  • Recruitment Period: June 28, 2026 (Sun) 1:00 PM to July 7, 2026 (Tue) 11:59 PM
  • Implementation Period: July 15, 2026 (Wed) 1:00 PM to July 21, 2026 (Tue) 11:59 PM
