Nintendo has announced the new Light Purple (L)/Light Green (R) colorway for the Joy-Con 2, a peripheral for the Nintendo Switch 2.
It will be released on Thursday, February 12, 2026.

The new Light Purple (L)/Light Green (R) colorway has arrived for the Joy-Con 2, a peripheral for the Nintendo Switch 2!
While the color lineup had previously been limited to only Light Blue (L)/Light Red (R), a new option is finally being added.
The controllers feature pale purple and green pastel colors.
As accessories, two Joy-Con 2 Straps of the same color are included.
The Joy-Con 2 is unique because it can be easily attached by simply bringing it close to the main unit via magnets.
Because it uses strong magnetic force, it will not detach with a small amount of force, yet it can be easily removed with one hand by pressing the button on the back.
The retail price for Light Purple (L)/Light Green (R) is 99.99 USD, and it releases on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
