PR TIMESShichijo Ganshundo, founded in 1865, will release Kyoto-style confections with Pokemon as the theme! The first "Pokemon Kyo-gashi" will feature Pokemon associated with autumn events in the form of Kami-nagashi, Fuyaki, and Danish sweets. PR TIMESPikachu, Pippi, Urimu, and Ho-oh in josegashi! Jo-sei-gashi is a confectionery using traditional Japanese confectionery techniques. At Shichijo Ganshundo, artisans make these sweets by hand using high-quality ingredients and water from the Higashiyama mountains in Kyoto.

Pokemon fuyaki Autumn (3 pieces)
PR TIMESPikachu (male/female), Kyukon, and Houou and scenes and events of Kyoto in autumn are reproduced in this fuyaki. A fuyaki sembe is a sweet rice cracker carefully baked from glutinous rice and characterized by its gentle texture. The pictures are hand-drawn by artisans.

Due to the limited number of sweets made per day, sales will be conducted by lottery on November 4 (Sat) and November 28 (Tue), 2023 (lottery tickets will be drawn by those who receive them).
