Review

The mini cup Irodori Imo ~Mitsuimo & Murasakiimo~ was released by Haagen-Dazs Japan for a limited time on Tuesday, September 3, 2024.
It's said to have a deliciousness you can't get with just one type of sweet potato, as it uses two.
Although it's already autumn on the calendar, I haven't felt the season at all due to the heat. So, this time, I'm going to try to get a head start on autumn with Irodori Imo ~Mitsuimo & Murasakiimo~!

Since Irodori Imo ~Mitsuimo & Murasakiimo~ uses two types of sweet potato, mitsuimo and murasakiimo, you can feel the warm yellow and purple of each of their main colors.
As you can see, the package has a beautiful contrast that makes you feel, "It's autumn!"

When I opened the lid, I saw the cute, pastel-colored purple and yellow ice cream!
I confirmed that there are indeed two types! You can taste each of the flavors.
Beni Haruka is used for the mitsuimo, and Ayamurasaki is used for the murasakiimo.
When you open it, a faint, rich sweet potato aroma wafts out!

The Long-Awaited Tasting!

As for the flavor I was curious about, the first thing I noticed was that it was incredibly creamy!
After that, you can enjoy the sweet potato's flavor and savory taste!
As the name mitsuimo suggests, I gently felt the delicate sweetness of the honey.
Also, the purple part is said to be 100% Ayamurasaki, and it matches the savory and gentle flavor of the sweet potato!

The Haagen-Dazs mini cup Irodori Imo ~Mitsuimo & Murasakiimo~ is on sale for a limited time at convenience stores and supermarkets nationwide!
Let's eat Irodori Imo ~Mitsuimo & Murasakiimo~ and get a head start on the autumn that's coming soon!
