Rakuten Group, Inc. (hereinafter, Rakuten) announced that it will hold its 7th esports event, "Rakuten esports cup Great Scramble ~Otsukimi Dorobo~," on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
In addition to the tournament, the event is also scheduled to feature coupon information that can be used on Rakuten Ichiba and the implementation of mini-games.

Rakuten announced that it will hold its 7th esports event, "Rakuten esports cup Great Scramble ~Otsukimi Dorobo~," from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024.
This 7th event will feature the globally popular game, Apex Legends, with a total of 61 participants scheduled to take part.
This time, the professional esports team "RED Rams," which is supported by Rakuten, will make their first appearance.
Kousuke Hiraiwa, a former morning news announcer who is currently active as an esports commentator, is scheduled to appear as the MC and commentator, and Moe Iori and Oniya are scheduled to appear as guests, following their appearance in the previous tournament.

In "Rakuten esports cup Great Scramble ~Otsukimi Dorobo~," participants will compete to win prizes provided by stores on the internet shopping mall "Rakuten Ichiba," as well as a free lodging voucher provided by Rakuten STAY, a lodging brand operated by Rakuten Stay, Inc., and 1 million Rakuten Points.
During the commercial break scheduled to be broadcast during the intervals of each match, there will be an introduction of coupon information that can be used on Rakuten Ichiba and the implementation of mini-games by Mantarou Haruoka, who is active as a demonstrative salesperson and MC.
