GameRoom (https://game-room.jp/), which was just released in beta on November 1, has suddenly become inaccessible to "Monster Hunter (https://game-room.jp/games/monster_) hunter), which was just released in beta on November 1.
The Google cache shows that the Monster Hunter page existed as of November 16, 2020 06:36:09 GMT, and the Wayback Machine shows that the page existed as of November 16, 2020, so it is likely that the page became inaccessible between November 16 and 17, 2020.
The "Monster Hunter" page had a 500 error
The "Monster Hunter (https://game-room.jp/games/monster_hunter) " page, like the "Splatoon 2" page, was experiencing a 500 Internal Server Error. There is a possibility that the page was not deleted by the management, but rather a system failure.
GameRoom is developed using Ruby on Rails, and its server is powered by Amazon's AWS, while the domain and DNS are provided by GMO Internet Group's Mood Domain.
Incidentally, the mail server uses Moomoo Mail, also of the GMO Internet Group, but the TXT record has not been entered, and SPF is not specifically listed.
The payment service is Stripe, which can be used as 1 yen per coin.
New categories added on November 16
As mentioned above, between November 16~17, the Monster Hunter category (menu) disappeared from the list and became inaccessible, but on November 16, the following new categories were added
- VR CHAT
- PUBG Mobile
The addition of the new categories was announced on GameRoom's official Twitter page, but there was no mention of Monster Hunter.
It is unclear if this is related to the addition of the new categories, but since the game is currently in beta, it is expected that the categories (menu) will be changed frequently until the official release.
