SEGA CORPORATION announced that it will participate in MGM IP UNIVERSE 2026, a major project starting Friday, May 1, 2026 (local time), at the large-scale shopping mall MARIO OUTLET in Seoul, South Korea.
Sega will host a POP-UP SHOP and the mini museum SEGA: THE HISTORY OF FUN.

PR TIMESMGM IP UNIVERSE 2026 is being held with IPs gathered from around the world.
As the first phase of this project, IPs representing Japan and South Korea will gather on the 5th floor of Building 1 of MARIO OUTLET, where Sega will establish a POP-UP SHOP and a mini museum.
Since MARIO OUTLET will be renovated as an experience-based IP mall, gamers can expect to enjoy various types of entertainment.

Sega Store Tokyo Official WebsiteThe SEGA STORE, which has been visited by many fans since opening in Tokyo and Shanghai in 2025, is coming to Mario Outlet as a POP-UP SHOP!
Merchandise from popular titles representing Sega and Atlus, such as the Sonic the Hedgehog, Like a Dragon, Hatsune Miku: Colorful Stage!, Puyo Puyo, and Persona series, as well as Sega logo goods, will be available.
Furthermore, popular items currently on sale at SEGA STORE TOKYO are also expected to appear.

Mini Museum SEGA: THE HISTORY OF FUN
PR TIMESA mini museum featuring game materials, cabinets, and software that introduce Sega's history will open, allowing visitors to look back at the history of game culture that Sega has helped shape.
History boards created specifically for this museum and nostalgic hardware will also be on display.
Visitors will be able to observe the trajectory Sega has taken from multiple perspectives.
Furthermore, a photo spot recreating the lifestyle of the 1990s is planned for the exhibit.
Both those who remember those times and those who do not will be able to catch a glimpse of the era.
