GLOE to Plan and Manage the “RYUKYU e SPORTS & ECO GRAND PRIX 2026,” an Esports Tournament Originating in Okinawa! The event kicks off on August 29.

GLOE Co., Ltd . (hereinafter “GLOE”) announced that it will collaborate with Life Reversal Gaming Co., Ltd. to plan and manage the esports tournament.
This event is part of a project aimed at regional revitalization through sports, gaming, and community activities.

GLOE to Plan and Operate the "RYUKYU e SPORTS & ECO GRAND PRIX 2026" Esports Tournament! A Regional Revitalization Project Originating in Okinawa

The “RYUKYU e SPORTS & ECO GRAND PRIX 2026” is a regional event being held after being selected for the “Reiwa 8 Okinawa e-Sports Promotion Project Grant.”
By combining professional sports, esports, and environmental initiatives, this regional revitalization project connects the communities of sports, gaming, and local activities to foster new interactions and vitality.

Scheduled to take place from August to December 2026, the event will combine official matches by the professional handball team " Ryukyu Corazon," an esports tournament featuring the popular game "Brawl Stars," and the environmental conservation initiative "e-Spo GOMI," creating a new regional event where the communities of sports, gaming, and local activities intersect.

GLOE has been selected to plan and manage the esports tournament for this project, leveraging the expertise in event management and community building we have cultivated over the years!

The first event will be held in Naha City! Starting August 29

The first event, “e-Spo GOMI,” will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Hotel Collective in Naha City, where teams of three will compete based on the amount and types of trash collected.
During halftime between the first and second halves of the trash pickup, “ Puyo Puyo eSports ” matches will be held, and teams that achieve outstanding results will be granted an advantage during the trash pickup.

There will also be a “Brawl Stars” demo booth.
The main tournament is scheduled to be held sequentially on separate dates and at different venues in conjunction with Ryukyu Corazon’s official handball matches.

This event has been held repeatedly throughout the prefecture, and the finals for both the “Brawl Stars” tournament and “e-Sports GOMI” are scheduled to take place on Sunday, December 20, 2026, at the Urasoe City Social Welfare Center.
