In 2022, the Pokémon World Championships (hereafter referred to as "Pokémon WCS") will be held in London, England, to determine the world's number one Pokémon player, with titles such as "Pokémon Sword Shield," "Pokken," "Pokémon GO," and "Pokémon Card Game. Pokémon GO" and "Pokémon Card Game" were among the titles of the competition, and many world champions were born. The first MOBA title in the Pokémon series, " Pokémon Unite, " was probably the most exciting of all. This was the first world championship after the release of Pokémon Unite in 2021, and the North American representative, BLVKHVND, was crowned the world champion. Pokémon WCS2023 Qualifying Tournament starts in April 2023!

The Qualifying Tournament for the Pokémon Unite Division of the Pokémon WCS2023 will begin in April 2023! Pokémon WCS2023 is scheduled to be held in Yokohama, Japan in August 2023. Especially for Japanese players, it will be held in their home country, so they will put more effort than usual!

The four teams that qualify for the Pokémon WCS 2023 will be decided at the "Pokémon Japan Championships 2023: Pokémon Unite Division," which will be held from April to June 2023. In addition to the tournaments hosted by Pokémon, there will also be tournaments held in cooperation with outside partners. The top eight teams from each of these tournaments will be seeded for the qualifying tournaments in each month.

Entries for the Google Play Cup and Day 1 of the April 2023 tournament are already open! Pokémon WCS2022 was a great success throughout the distribution despite the time difference.
