Delightworks establishes a new company, Lasengle Inc., to take over FGO and other game businesses.

Delightworks, Inc., the company behind many hit game titles such as Fate/Grand Order and Sakura Kakumei (no longer in service), announces the establishment of a new company, Lasengle Inc. The new company will take over the company's game business.
The company announced that it will take over the game business.

Development and operation staff will also be transferred to the new company.

The new company, "Lasengle Inc.," was established with Mr. Yoshinori Ono, President and Representative Director of Delightworks, Inc. as its representative director.
The main business of the new company will be the planning, production, operation, and sales of games and other digital content, and it will take over the game business of Delightworks Corporation, including the "Fate/Grand Order" development team.
The company plans to transfer all of its shares to Aniplex Inc.(*Sony Group) by next spring, after receiving approval and permission from the relevant authorities.
In conjunction with the announcement, Yoshinori Ono updated his blog, "The President's Desk" and expressed his thoughts on the establishment of the new company.
