Kenshiro From Fist of the North Star Out Now in Fatal Fury: CotW! Season 3 Kicks Off in July

SNK Corporation has released Kenshiro, a collaboration character from the anime FIST OF THE NORTH STAR, as a Season 2 DLC character for the critically acclaimed fighting game Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves (hereafter referred to as Fatal Fury: CotW).
Alongside this, SNK Corporation announced that Season 3 will kick off in July 2026.

SNK Corporation has released Kenshiro, a collaboration character from FIST OF THE NORTH STAR, in Fatal Fury: CotW!
Players can use him by purchasing the Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves Season Pass 2.

The Man with Seven Scars: Kenshiro

Post-apocalyptic savior with seven distinctive scars carved onto his chest.
As sole successor to the ultimate assassination art, Hokuto Shinken, he treads a perilous path; indeed, a dangerous yearning for Hokuto Shinken by forces unknown is what calls him to the forsaken City of the Wolves in the first place. Though worlds collide and divide, Kenshiro's crusade against evil never wavers. To the weak, lost, and broken, he extends a helping hand; to those who prey on them, he metes out merciless justice.

Arriving in South Town, Kenshiro is the savior of the century's end.
He is a highly technical fighter boasting devastating power, characterized by swift and heavy strikes.
By mastering the status ailments caused by striking vital pressure points and leveraging his strong combo potential, players can truly become a master of Hokuto Shinken. Battles are always filled with tension, where split-second reads and the psychological warfare of spacing separate victory from defeat.

Additionally, Shunsuke Takeuchi (@takeshun81) voices him in Japanese, and Clayton Alexander provides his English voice.

Kenshiro's Story Added to EOST MODE and ARCADE MODE!

SNK Corporation has added Kenshiro's stories to EOST MODE and ARCADE MODE!

RPG Mode: EOST MODE

Kenshiro wakes in South Town and meets Terry, Mai, and other resident fighters. Then it dawns on him: a mysterious miasma permeates the city streets, and it’s up to him to find out why. Steeling his resolve, the post-apocalyptic warrior sets off into the darkness that is the City of the Wolves.

ARCADE MODE

Kenshiro stirs and slowly takes in the unfamiliar surroundings. This is not the desolate urban wilderness he calls home, but a modern-day metropolis: South Town. A city where the weak suffer and tyrants run rampant. Kenshiro clenches his fists and (together with like-minded heroes Terry, Hokutomaru, and Hotaru) pledges to enter the new King of Fighters tournament. He has but one goal: to confront Wolfgang Krauser, who treats the city as his own personal dominion.
