This is the first film adaptation of the "Resident Evil" series to bring together five popular characters! The poster visual depicts Leon, Chris, Jill, Claire Redfield, and Rebecca Chambers. The five popular characters gather and point their muzzle in the same direction. It is a cool poster.

Synopsis
Leon, an agent under the direct control of the President of the United States, is in pursuit of an armed vehicle that has kidnapped Antonio Taylor, who holds sensitive information. However, he is intercepted by a mysterious woman who appears out of the blue, and he misses the kidnappers. Meanwhile, Chris, Jill, and their advisor Rebecca of the BSAA, an anti-bioterrorism organization, are assigned to a zombie outbreak in San Francisco and other cities with no known route of infection. With the help of Claire's Terra-Save investigation, they discover that all of the victims of the virus had visited a place that was once a prison. It is Alcatraz, a prison island that was once used as a prison. Chris and his team board a ferry to go to the island to investigate.

Leon S. Kennedy
Caught up in the Resident Evil outbreak on his first day at the Raccoon City Police Department, he bravely did his best to rescue the survivors. He was later recruited as a government agent and joined the DSO, an organization under the direct control of the President of the United States, where he is engaged in daily top-secret missions. He is an excellent survivor, and possesses both high physical ability and good judgment. He has earned the President's trust through his successful rescue of President Graham's daughter, Ashley, who was kidnapped in the past.
Chris Redfield Chris Redfield
Chris Redfield is a former member of S.T.A.R.S., the Raccoon City Police Department's special forces unit, and a survivor of the "Western House Incident. Like Jill, he is a founding member of the BSAA (Bioterrorism Security Assessment Alliance), an anti-bioterrorism unit. He is an ace with excellent observation and insight skills as well as outstanding combat and survival skills. As he has aged, he has lost some of his former hot-bloodedness, but still retains a strong sense of justice. He has a strong sense of duty to his comrades and is revered as a living legend of the BSAA and adored by many of his subordinates.
Jill Valentine
One of the founding members of the BSAA, Jill Valentine is a former member of S.T.A.R.S., the Raccoon City Police Department's special forces unit. He has been fighting against numerous bio-terrorist attacks together with Chris. He originally had a strong sense of justice and responsibility, but when he was captured by the enemy in the "Spencer Residence Incident," he became involved in bioterrorism himself by administering the t-virus and brainwashing through mental control. After being rescued by Chris, the side effects of the virus affected the cell division in his body, and although his physical deterioration was suppressed, he still suffered from mental aftereffects. After a long period of observation and rehabilitation, he returns to his unit.
Claire Redfield Claire Redfield
Claire Redfield is an employee of TerraSave, an NGO that provides relief to victims of bioterrorism and drugs. Her brother Chris taught her self-defense skills, and after escaping from Raccoon City, she learned various combat techniques. He has the same headstrong personality as his older brother, but he has a kind heart and is devoted to the weak. He and Leon have fought together against bio-terrorism and are like comrades-in-arms.
Rebecca Chambers Rebecca Chambers
Rebecca Chambers is a former member of S.T.A.R.S., the Raccoon City Police Department's special forces unit, and is an expert in chemical purification and formulation. Together with Chris and Jill, he investigated and dealt with the so-called "Western House Incident" that occurred at the Arkray Institute. He is currently an advisor to the BSAA in addition to being a university professor. He has a gutsy personality that is not easily swayed by the slightest thing, and has the ability to take action and make decisions.
